A short distance away from the Newport Leisure park with it's cinema, mcdonalds and pizza hut, this is where the sat nav will send you. Finding the retail park is a bit harder but it is behind the large Tescos, the shops around it aren't the greatest with brands like Boots, Peacocks, Specsavers and Newlook.
There is a outside seating area brightly coloured with big red parasols over it and separated by a wall that also makes up seating, but in the pouring rain I wouldn't have wanted to sit there. The inside is impressive with lots and lots of high quality artwork and bottles lined up over the counter, interesting ceiling planks and a variety of lighting. The thing that majorly let it down were the toilets which whilst well designed were filthy, the floor flooded from the urinals and a general smelly mess.
The service was slow as well, it took 33 minutes for them to bring my food out after I ordered it and i was disappointed that the chicken wing on my breast was burnt. The chips had plenty of peri peri salt though. A mixed bag of a store.
