We never really eat at Nandos but Kat served us twice on this particular week and we came back because ofhow friendly and helpful she was on both occasions. Dining with our son who is autistic isnt always easy especially if the WiFi is patchy but Kat was very understanding and went out of her way to help us. She even offered to tether his device to her phone in order to make the dining experience easier for us. She is a shining example of how every parent who has a child with complex needs hopes staff treat them at any establishment. We're very grateful. We find ourselves ordering food from there regularly now. All because of Kat's exceptional service. Please give her a raise and a promotion. The rest of tge staff were also very helpful too in getting our orders so we could leave quickly.
