Northampton - Market Square

I had chicken thighs, peri chips & rice which was very very nice.
The thing that brought me here to leave a review was the exceptional service from a lovely lady called Petra! Petra was very welcoming and greeted us with a HUGE smile, she went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our food and we shared a few jokes back and forth.

Had such a lovely experience at the restaurant. Special thanks to Monaet who gave exemplary customer service. Couldn’t have gone any better!

Really disappointed with the service. Our food was cooked and sitting under the hot plates for 15 minutes. The waiter brought the food over which was cold and I asked for fresh food and commented about it sitting under the hot plates for 15 minutes. The next lot of food took a while to come to us. There was not enough staff on the shift and instead of bringing food out they were taking more food orders and seating more people.

I visited northampton nandos, it was a busy day as many people were out Christmas shopping however we’re always willing to wait that 5/10 minutes as it’s worth it. We had a nice table and due to being regular customers we didn’t need long looking at the menu as we always get our regulars!
My boyfriend ordered: Chicken butterfly, extra hot with 2 spicy rice and peri salted chips.

Really disappointed . A teat out for our 13 year old eldest granddaughter. Told that limited menu due to probs with equipment and fire alarms going off when used . Chose out of preferred menu for no delays as chosen menu would be 30 mins wait. After an hour no food arrived .When food arrived, Not very warm chips. My meal was all cold and I asked for a refund .

A fourth Nando's in what was a Nandventure-filled week was the perfect way to end a lovely holiday in the Peak District.

There is 2-hours free parking in St Johns Street multi-storey car park which was very convenient and just over a five-minute walk from Nando's.

We had a short wait as it was a busy Friday lunchtime but were seated in under 10 minutes. This is quite a nice Nando's with an interesting wooden effect on the ceiling and some cool lighting near the front.

I didnt know Jude Law had a new job. GREAT service all round.. polite.. smiley..(now we knew it wasnt Jude). Excellent service where nothing was too much trouble. The staff were busy..sweetly jesting with other customers. . Just uber polite even though busy. Nothing seemed too much trouble..give this man a bonus!

Often visit Northampton Nandos. The meeter and greeter is one of the friendliest people we have come across in a restaurant. We think that his name is Manny, he is lovely and makes everyone feel special and welcome. We have seen him on a number of occasions and he is always the same.

After a long day of work, my friends and I decided to go to Nandos we are originally from London so this was our first time in Northampton and I must say this was one the best visits to Nandos I've ever experienced. The customer service was amazing, the cashiers were incredible, very friendly and engaged

I originally thought this was just another "chicken and chips" place so always walked past it. I work as a carer and took a client in there for lunch. The chap on the door was very nice and polite and explained the menu to us. The lady I was with has learning difficulties and he was very patient and understanding with his explanation of it to her. The décor of the place is very unusual and the music blended in well.

Just off from pedestrianised area and view of church and war memorial imediate outside door of store along with small seating area. Disabled parking imediately outside and cheap short term on road parking close by. Very well decorated with plenty of art and nice environs. Liked red heart lighting in windows and loved copper till area. Dislike no booths in this store.

Though I was waiting over 10 minutes to be shown to a table by a member of staff, the quality of the service and the quality of the food was top notch.
