I was very disappointed with my recent visit at Nandos giltbrook. When we arrived we were told to come back in 30 mins which is understandable as you were busy. When we came back and ordered our food it was starting to get quiet and a lot of tables were freeing up. After waiting 40 minutes for our food it was getting irritating. I understood at the start as you guys were busy but now I was seeing people that came in and ordered after us had ate their food and were now leaving. After an hour went by I went up to ask how long the food would be as I stated I had been waiting an hour. With no apology I was told my food would be out in 5 minutes. My food was hot and I was happy but my parteners chips and chicken was only just warm. After waiting over an hour for our food this isn’t good enough. I am really not happy paying £30+ for a meal we had to wait so long for to then have poor customer service and the meal be cold. Really not what I expect when coming to Nandos.
