This is on Giltbrook Retail Park (otherwise known as Eastwood or the IKEA Retail Park) and is very well signposted by car. It's just off J26 of the M1, but is definitely one to get to by car.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit at Nandos giltbrook. When we arrived we were told to come back in 30 mins which is understandable as you were busy. When we came back and ordered our food it was starting to get quiet and a lot of tables were freeing up. After waiting 40 minutes for our food it was getting irritating. I understood at the start as you guys were busy but now I was seeing people that came in and ordered after us had ate their food and were now leaving.

Visited Nando’s in Giltbrook after a 12 hour shift at the hospital to be turned away due to not offering NHS discount after 5pm on weekends because they are “busy enough”. I showed the Twitter post about NHS discount and was told due to them being franchised they can make up their own rules.

I personally wanted to write this review purely because of the exceptional level of customer service i was shown, the ladys name i believe was Ceri, by far the most lovely and highest level of customer service ive ever seen demonstrated, explained in great detail what the procedure was and what to do and where to find what we wanted on the menu, what a lovely lady, thank you so much Ceri. As well, i had the Beanie, and my partner the 4 Thighs, was great food at a great price.

When we arrives we said table for 2 got shown to our table and given menus. I then went to the counter to order I was served by BRADLEY he was lovely so polite and friendly, didn't rush me when I was trying to remember what to order. He also came out and asked us if our meals was ok and finally collected our plates. He was so polite he's a credit to nanados. I hope he gets some recognition for this review as he does deserve a mension.

I had a chicken wrap which I had as a take away . It was stone cold . The rest of the food was warm , the wings were ok and the chips .
I couldn't eat the wrap and it was nothing like the standard I've had in the restaurant . I t was disgusting . Sorry to say Nando's

Arriving at 11.30am on a weekday is a recipe for a quick Nando's, and this was no exception. I was seated and had my food in front of my within 5 minutes of parking my car. Since it was the hottest day of the year so far I sat outside on some intriguing chairs which looked like birds' nests.

A fabulous Nando's in Nottingham broke up the long drive from London to Newcastle and I was joined by 3 fellow gooners for what turned out to be an exceptional Nando's. We were the first people to enter the restaurant as the doors opened at 11.30 but by the time we left (12.45) the restaurant was almost full maybe because it was the sales or simply because it was a Saturday lunch time.

After an arduous weekend on the peak district we decided to call into this Nandos due to its close proximity to the motorway on our way home. Based In a large industrial and shopping estate it is somewhat out in the sticks and not the pleasent view.

Parking was free and plentiful and we could stick our bus right outside the door.

Toilets were clean and the decor of the store was bright and cheerful.

staff were freindly enough and service was ok.

This store had not long opened so I was very keen to try, how disappointed I was and haven't returned since! Although staff were polite enough and the place was well decorated and clean, the service was the slowest I've ever received in a nando's and staff were ignorant when they wanted to be. When food and desserts had not arrived after a lengthy wait they were ignoring us so they didn't have to answer our questions on where I food was.

Parking is free which is always a plus and its in an area full of other shops and next to an ikea (for those that like a bite to eat after shopping for furniture ha)
Only issue i have was they got my order wrong meaning i had to send it back so time my food arrived my boyfriend had pretty much finished.
