Appalling experience. Ordered our food. When it arrived I was casually told my wings would be another ten mins and was that OK? Did I have a choice? 20 mins later, everyone else had finished, still no wings. Asked again. 5 mins later waitress came back 'it's cool! i've seen them on the grill, 5 mins!'. ten more minutes later we asked again. Finally they turned up with no apology but a cheery 'Anything else you need?' Ermm, my side dish? This arrived ten mins later just as I'd finished my meal and we were in a hurry to go so had no time or inclination to eat it by this time. Complained to waitress 'I just work on the door, see the manager'. Saw the manager. No hint of apology but was asked if I wanted a glass of wine or something else to eat? No thank you. What about a voucher? No thanks, don't think I'm eating here again. OK, bye. Only remote plus was the wings I had to stuff down my throat in record time were actually OK tasting if rather amazingly greasy.
