We went to Nando’s because the kids love it however my 10 year old daughter went up to get a glass to fill with water and came back looking disgusted as there was lipstick on the glass, my glass was also not clean, when leaving we went to the toilet and there was poo all over the toilet seat, we won’t be coming back for this reason.

The manager ,Peter was an amazing person and made sure the 5 people in our group were given the most excellent treatment at the time we had there ,extremely satisfied by the service and more employees should be like him . Amazing.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The manager was extremely kind and went out of her way to help me if she saw anything out of the ordinary. The food came quick, was piping hot and delicious. Would recommend this Nando’s to others I’ve been to in London

I visited the O2 Nando's as I was there for a show, we waited approx. 10 minutes to be seated even though there were empty tables on both floor. The queue to order seamed to take ages although not many people in it 5-6 orders. We then waited 45 minutes for our food, again there was empty tables so not overly busy. When the food did arrive the chicken was VERY dry barely edible, I struggled to swallow some bits without a drink!!

Stopped by for lunch whilst working in near by London Excel. Have to say this is the best Nando's I have ever visited, from the moment I walked in the door the staff were very friendly and polite even though it was a very busy day. The quality of chicken was of the very high standard that I expect with Nando's.

They sat me on the balcony which I didn't even know they had, so once I actually found it, that's when they brought the food out.

The chips weren't fully cooked and the garlic bread wasn't grilled at all so it was very rushed. I don't feel sick so it didn't kill me but I would not have minded a wait, had expected it as the place was so full.

Staff were rude; the chicken was dry and chewy - verging on inedible; no one came to ask our table how we were getting on with our meal. Given it's a particularly busy restaurant I'd have thought it would be better.

As the service in the O2 Harvester was abysmal, we instead decided to go for a quick meal at the Nando's. It was a Saturday afternoon and there was a gig on in a few hours, so all the eateries were bustling, as Nando's was no different. As always with this place, we were greeted at the door and pointed to the stairwell, where we were to make our way up and be greeted once again and shown a table at the top.

This store at the busy O2 arena seemed packed but they coped well with it. Discovered when I got there, there was a Kylie Monogue concert on, which produced a certain type of clientele, which made the experience more entertaining.

It was the fist time in Nandos for my friend so I decided to go your restaurant because we were going to the cinema afterwards so we were looking for good food and quick service! I must say the staff and the food did met our expectation! We will definitely come back to this Nandos!

My first time to the O2 and was pleasantly surprised with the whole venue. I can imagine it gets heaving on event nights and it's probably not as much fun, but at a lunchtime on a Friday it was nice and calm!

First time I'd been to 'The Dome' (as I still call it) on a non-event day; I had been to the Cineworld (saw 22 Jump Street, which I highly recommend) and the Nando's was nicely located exactly opposite the cinema escalators so it was clearly a no-brainer on where to eat! (there are countless restaurants in the vicinity).

This was my 137th different Nando's visit, and it was the same for James as we reconvened in Greenwich at one of the biggest UK Nando's on a non-concert day (big plus!) for a big Sunday lunch. The seating is located over two floors and the bathrooms are on the third floor with a spiral staircase linking them together.

Access to the 02 Nandos was easy, the decor was amazing and definatley set up for the forthcoming Valentines day, I wasnt sure what I wanted at first but the staff at the till were more than helpful in me making my decision and menu choice. Service was surprisingly fast and was cooked really well. Will definatley be visiting again.

Our first trip to a Nandos was in October, so we came back.

Nandos is an amazing restaurant all the people there were very polite and welcoming, they made us feel very comfortable. They explained everything to us and made sure we were okay on everything. We orded our food and it was there quicky, everyone I went with seemed to really enjoy the food. I recommend Nandos to everybody as its a top notch resturant and you can't get better.

It was very busy, but that was to be expected on a concert night. The manager was handling the situation brilliantly and doing his best to keep everyone happy and relaxed. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked and we didn't have to wait long either.

This was my second visit to Nando's this weekend, I was planning to go to a Canary Wharf branch but I decided to go to one I hasn't been before. It's easy to find in the O2, you just enter, turn right and follow the road of restaurants until you come across it. Obviously it's in a really good location for doing other stuff, there's a cinema and of course the O2 arena!

Appalling experience. Ordered our food. When it arrived I was casually told my wings would be another ten mins and was that OK? Did I have a choice? 20 mins later, everyone else had finished, still no wings. Asked again. 5 mins later waitress came back 'it's cool! i've seen them on the grill, 5 mins!'. ten more minutes later we asked again. Finally they turned up with no apology but a cheery 'Anything else you need?' Ermm, my side dish?

In the O2 so suits it well, average nandos, two floors, but is usually full due to it being in such a busy place, worth checking out though

Speed of service is a mixed bag here, after our order the food came very quickly - but to just be seated at a table they made us wait 20 mins. Two minute walk from the station.

A convenient Nando's when attending a concert at the arena. Nothing disappointing, and an intriguing heart hanging in the window.
