First time I'd been to 'The Dome' (as I still call it) on a non-event day; I had been to the Cineworld (saw 22 Jump Street, which I highly recommend) and the Nando's was nicely located exactly opposite the cinema escalators so it was clearly a no-brainer on where to eat! (there are countless restaurants in the vicinity).
It's a split-level Nando's - connected by a spiral staircase - and I sat at one the tables by the entrance. Just one person was serving at the counter but our food came extremely quickly. I had reached my red reward and was hoping to try out the new Butterfly burger but it wasn't available as a reward so I decided to try one of the chicken wraps (I usually get a pitta or burger). I have to say, I'm glad I got it as a reward and didn't have to pay for it (especially given it's more expensive that the others!), there was barely any chicken in the two wraps and I wasn't thrilled by the sauce - I have to say that the Sweet Chilli Chicken wrap in a Boots meal deal is better! Aside from that, my garlic bread seemed under-done, there wasn't much peri salt on my chips & the halloumi could have been grilled a tad longer - it was easy to see why speed of service was so quick, unfortunately (so it's a rather undeserving '5' in that category). ***Note: I've since downgraded this to a '2' rating - there's not point in it being a '5' if it been sacrificed quality for haste (and the overall rating seems too high with a '5'!)***
One of the benefits of going during a quieter time of day is that there was a full complement of sauces available at the service station - which was conveniently located next to the counter - and that was probably the highlight of this Nando's experience.
