This store at the busy O2 arena seemed packed but they coped well with it. Discovered when I got there, there was a Kylie Monogue concert on, which produced a certain type of clientele, which made the experience more entertaining.
You walk through the O2 arena till you see the large Nandos above Zizzi with a small area on the ground floor. Despite the large queue outside they managed to get us sat quite quick and the staff were friendly and was pleased i wasn't hemmed into a tiny space as correctly proportioned gap between tables.
Food was quite quick and was a very good portion, especially the chips and spicy rice. They had a double height ceiling in a cut away at front of store with interesting hanging heart, also nice glass wall with inbuilt chillies by the spiral staircase which goes up to the massive upper floor and where the toilets were.
Very good store.
