O2 Arena - Gerry Louis Review
They sat me on the balcony which I didn't even know they had, so once I actually found it, that's when they brought the food out.
The chips weren't fully cooked and the garlic bread wasn't grilled at all so it was very rushed. I don't feel sick so it didn't kill me but I would not have minded a wait, had expected it as the place was so full.
For whatever reason they didn't open the downstairs section, so after a 10-15 minute wait for a table it was a climb up the first set of the spiral staircase. Saw the queue to order so sent the Nandoca off to get the table number whilst I joined the queue. One queue suddenly split into two, then three and it was a case of every man for themselves.
Some left over voucher meant I paid a fiver for quarter chicken m & l, peri chips and garlic bread which I've already mentioned was a bit rushed. Very busy but the place was clean. I was tempted to steal away the last bit of minimal tissue they had but I didn't. Shown the direction to the balcony after walking around, couldn't hide my excitement at the seat I had to the other guests. We all laughed though, it was a great view of the O2 and its visitors.
Train to North Greenwich, take a right then follow on to the O2. Do not bring any sharp weapons or anything that might be construed as a weapon as security (like the airport) will confiscate your belongings...
