Disappointed with Staff. To busy walking around. Our table not clean asked Staff to clean again still not 100 per cent. Dirty uniforms. Staff with long hair cooking food needs a net. Our starter was ready for about 10 mins before delivered. Overall a don't care attitude. Food was good. Staff need retraining and to understand infection control.

The service was extremely poor as the incompetent workers continued to argue and refute our orders claiming that they would be unable to fulfil our request. Then this employee proceeded to ridicule both myself and my auntie in front of other staff in regards to our order. We were about to leave the branch as the disrespectful behaviour was truly disconcerting until the manager arrived and completed our simple order.

Have you ever considered gluten free bread ? I come to nandoos 2 a week and I am gluten free I’m sure a lot more people are I know most things are but wraps & burgers aren’t an option and sometimes it’s nice to have something different

I visited this site regularly, and had to write the amazing experience we had, we was first greeted by freya and wow she was exceptional at her service and helped us hugely, from ordering to the dessert she was at our beck and call. I would go as far as to say she was a credit to the company . And in 1 day we had 2 people who we can't say enough about .. Alex was amazing to the manger was helpful and had a smile that lasted days. Nando's well done you have a great team

I had my usual Half chicken, spicy rice, Fries with lemon and herb, it was very tasty, nice and hot.
Watched a family come in with a baby and and a 4 year old, struggled a bit with the pram and trying to keep the kid occupied
they ended up walking out because the 4 year old was playing up, think he could have done with some crayons and book, something to keep him occupied, felt really sorry for them having to leave.

The food my table received was fresh and piping hot. Service was brilliant. Especially felt so welcome in ramadan when we were fasting and the server gave us some dates to open our fast with. This was a lovely gesture. Server named Matt at the Elk Mill nandos in Oldham was the best server at nandos that i have ever came across. Thank you!

The greeting guy was great we were taken straight to A table. Food was ordered at 6.30, at 6.55 my husband could see our food on the hot plates, it had been there a while, he walked over to the two girls near the hot plates and asked should he take it over himself. He pointed out it had been there ages, they said they would bring it, a few minutes later he went back as the food wss still sat there and the girl then followed him to the table with the food.

Could do with some more tables, but obviously this can't be helped for the size of restaurant. We only had to wait for a table as we didn't want to sit at the end of the long table, which had other customers on it. Staff were really friendly and obviously very busy, the only thing I would say they need to do is spread the peri salt a bit more evenly over the chips!

Stopped in at this Nando's before the drive back down the M6 and it was a nice visit! It's located on the Elk Mill Retail park, or "up on't Broadway" as the locals said :-) There are a few other eateries such as KFC and Pizza Hut and other large stores such as Argos, PC World and Boots. Hundreds of free parking spaces right outside. You're unlikely to get a space right outside Nando's as there's room for 15 cars or so, so park a 100 yards away outside DFS and walk.

Food kept on hot plate for 20 mins plus, cold when served so sent back and had money back. This branch needs better organisation, plenty of staff but kept waking past the serving area where food was kept.
