Oxford - Westgate - Anonymous Review
OMG!!!!! staff reception was horrendous, I was never received such a reception at any onther restaurant than a Nando's Westgate, Oxford. We entered inside and wait at the door. We saw a lady coming towards us, I was 100% sure that she is a staff (because was in staff uniform), she didn't said any single word at all very awakened moment but I said we rare 4 people. She stood quiet and took a lead, we followed her. She crossed the round table which was unoccupied, she allocated a table in the centre and I request her if we could stay in the round table as it was unoccupied-“ She threw the menus on the round table from the distance” which was her agreed and she walked away without a single word.
I went for the order, luckily or unlucky I encounter with her again. It was her in the counter to received my order. I felt little bit uneasy and I wished not to go to her, but this turns wrong. It was my turn to order and it was her :(( I said I would like to order some.... she replied before I finished my sentence ”your table no?” I said the round table at the end of this row. Every table has a table no. she replied”. Wow what a amazing answer...
I felt embracingly humiliated in the restaurant from the waitress/Staff. I went there to have a social time with my friends and family, not to be humiliated neither to destroyed my social time. She treated me like a homeless begging for food in-front of Nando’s and they are giving free food away and we are there for it.
OMG!!! It was my money at the end. I paid £47.55 and received such a behaviour from the staff, what a hospitality!!!!!
In a nutshell, Nando’s must bring their attention towards the customer service and it’s hospitality to sustain longer in this competitive market. the goodwill, name and fame is priceless asset of any orginasition.
for the CoC- my humble request to set an investigation on customer service. That girl, it was not her mistake but the company.
