A complaint - On arrival we were told there was no bottomless drinks. Not an issue, Raul then interrupted this conversation to speak to another customer. We went to sit down and he shouted at us to say he would seat us.
I joined the queue to order, some difficult customers were ahead. Another member of staff started to open the other till. Raul shouted at the staff member and told him off in front of us. He then said he couldn’t serve us and I would have to rejoin the queue. I have been to this Nando’s before, with no issues. Clearly the management has changed. I will go to George Street or drive to Swindon based on this experience.
