Additional Comments - This will make you stand out in the competition! Unique aspects? Student discounts? Parking tips?:

I had a quarter chicken and chips, presentation looked nothing like the picture on the counter. it arrived ice cold and smothered in sauce. I asked the waitress to heat it up for me and it returned warm but again smothered in sauce.

I called for the manageress and explained I wasn't happy and I wanted to leave because the meal looked disgusting and I had lost my appetite. She convinced me to stay and she would cook another one up for me.

The second one came and was your normal standard, the manager got involved, found out what happened, apologised profusely twice and even offered me a free pudding.

Satisfied with the end result but horrified by the original meal which was returned warm but looked terrible.
