I'm a frequent patron. Unfortunately, a lot of times they get my order wrong. If they added on the wrong sauce, they scrape off the sauce used, and then add the sauce that I initially asked for, leaving an undertaste of the initial sauce. They will replace it with a fresh piece only if asked. Today I asked the cashier to please explain to the cooking staff that I wanted my chicken breast extra hot, and my mielie without sauce. She refused to go tell them and I left it at that. As I expected, they gave me the wrong order. They gave me a chicken breast with lemon and herb. I then went back to the cashier and told her what happened and asked why she did noy just tell them the first time. She said she was busy with customers so she couldn't go tell them. I then asked to speak to the manager. The manager proceeded to change the piece. They brought it later, with my sweetcorn now cold and my being late to be somewhere.
I just hope they can start to get this right. It may be a small thing for them to make such mistakes, but for a patron who makes an effort to go to Nandos to buy something specific he is craving for, and then be given the wrong thing, having to then wait for them to fix it, while the other food is getting cold, and the patron is getting late to be somewhere, its not a small thing.
This has now happened a few times to me at this Nandos. I will continue coming here but please start to pay attention and get it right.
