I am a great fan of nandos..cannot even count how many times I have visited nandos.anyway I have sadly seen the quality of food maintained but the quality of staff overall and service deteriorate.impossible to get them to greet you or show a welcoming face when you enter and alwayss have a tired looking attitude Iike..

Order: 2-Chicken Wraps with added avo, Festa Fries. Amounted to R 183.00

Festa Fries was only half of the container, the amount of chicken was almost non existent... It made me furious, that I payed R50 for a portion that small and of bad quality.

Wraps was so watery that the paper bag was saturated and tore on my way home. The order was to add Avo to both of my wraps and only one had on when we arrived at home.

I'm a frequent patron. Unfortunately, a lot of times they get my order wrong. If they added on the wrong sauce, they scrape off the sauce used, and then add the sauce that I initially asked for, leaving an undertaste of the initial sauce. They will replace it with a fresh piece only if asked. Today I asked the cashier to please explain to the cooking staff that I wanted my chicken breast extra hot, and my mielie without sauce. She refused to go tell them and I left it at that.
