I love Nandos and have enjoyed their meals for years. I hate to leave a negative review, but I was quite annoyed today when I visited the Richmond branch. I ordered the new quinoa salad, and was very dissapointed, the sweet potato was very cold "out of the fridge cold" which was unappetising and halfway through my meal I realised the salad was missing the avocado chunks and the sesame and pumpkin seeds. Surely you can't forget to put in 2 main ingredients. I did not say anything as I was halfway through my meal and the restaurant was getting extremely busy, just wanted to leave quickly. The staff aren't particularly friendly (everything was very rushed) especially at the till. I politely asked how to register for a Nandos card, and was told to do it online, I said I tried, but they ask for a Nandos card number which I don't have, the cashier pulled a card out and gave it to me rolling her eyes. I felt bad for asking, like I was wasting her time, even though that hardly took a minute. She wasn't very happy taking my order, not surprised about the salad being so poorly made...
