Nearby:
About half a mile walk away from Richmond Rail station, and a couple minutes walk from an Odeon (and Curzon) Cinema - and just up from the river. Kew Gardens are about 25 minutes walk away.
Parking:
Car Parks in Richmond centre are not that well signposted. Friars Lane car park, for example, is not signposted at all. However, it is free after 6:30pm and otherwise priced at (average) of about £2 per hour for a max four hour stay. This is then only a few minutes walk away from Nando's.

Myself and my colleagues went for lunch today and had exceptional service from start to finish for the new restaurant manager Niall. Will definitely be going to this Nandos more often and recommending it to other Gumtree and Ebay employees!

2girls at door, waiting time a lot longer than they stated. Gave table to other customers before as they made them fill in a good review. Put us in a corner table because of it so deserved this poor review for their service. Apart from that food good as always

This is probably the worst nandos that I've been to. The restaurant is small and tables are positioned very close to each other.

This is one of the most local branches to home & work, but I had never visited before. it was extremely busy and very noisy inside. they only have a tiny 'waiting' area - right by the door, so awkward for entrance/exit/waiting for a table/ordering at the till. we had to wait 10 minutes for a table to become free, but we were a larger group than I'd normally eat with, so I will forgive!!

Hadn't known Richmond had a refurb but that didn't really help this branch. It was mostly plain wood before but now it's one of those geometric patterned, magic eye looking branch, kaleidoscopic and confusing. Maybe it was because of the fire.

There was a 10-15 minute wait for a table for 5. It's still squashy as you enter and there isn't a proper waiting area. People were continually bumping past us to either get to the till point, going to their table or leaving.

I love Nandos and have enjoyed their meals for years. I hate to leave a negative review, but I was quite annoyed today when I visited the Richmond branch. I ordered the new quinoa salad, and was very dissapointed, the sweet potato was very cold "out of the fridge cold" which was unappetising and halfway through my meal I realised the salad was missing the avocado chunks and the sesame and pumpkin seeds. Surely you can't forget to put in 2 main ingredients.

They told us fifteen minute wait, but we went across the road to Bills and came back 45 minutes later to get a table in five minutes. The place was packed, rammed, loads of people waiting for a table and loads of people queuing up to order as you open the door it's practically one queue. They removed all the tables from outside, probably to stop people wanting to eat out there it's so cold.

this is one of my local Nando's I've visited time and time again, it's always touch and go, just depends on when you get there. but they've had an overhaul of the previous staff so maybe that's what improved that day's service.
my friend had me waiting for over 20 minutes but they didn't once come over to bother me about sitting at the table reading my book.

This Nando's is in one of the few nice boroughs of London, Richmond. About half a mile walk away from Richmond Rail station, and a couple minutes walk from an Odeon (and Curzon) Cinema - and just up from the river so you could have a couple nice drinks down on it! The wonderful Kew Gardens are also about 25 minutes walk away.

I somehow managed to talk my Mum and her boyfriend into taking me to Nando's two days in a row, probably because he also likes Nando's and gets extra hot. They knew how to find it as they had seen it whilst driving through Richmond the day before, but we struggled to find nearby parking and eventually had to park in a multi-story car park about 10 minutes walk away, but this was a weekend so the town was very busy.

Set in a beautiful historic town of Richmond, right by the bridge and over looking the river Thames, the Richmond Nando's is a perfect dinner for any occasion. I've been there for many birthdays and general celebrations. The staff were lovely and had a quick joke as I thought it came to £300 and not £30! Phew thank god for that haha! It has beautiful plants wrapping itself around the building and the stairs leading up to it make it feel like you're on holiday!

I can safely say that this is one of the better Nando's out there. Despite the restaurant being at almost full capacity, I was quickly shown to a table and my order was taken quickly. The service was exceptionally fast especially when you take into account how packed it was. It is also noteworthy that the tills were well-manned despite the fact the restaurant was busy, meaning queues for ordering were dealt with quickly.

This Nando's is in the heart of Richmond, just up from Richmond bridge (so you can enjoy a walk or waddle after finishing your meal) and next to Richmond Odean cinema. The building itself is a small historic 2 storey modest wooden affair greatly enlarged with conservatory style extensions on the ground floor leaving the upper floor for toilets and office space.

One of my worst experiences at any Nando's ever. I will definitely not be going back to this Nando's in Richmond. Its not like its the first time they've made a mistake, but that very fact that I've dismissed mistakes here and there many times before, knowing that its a family experience not meant to be a flawless one. The atmosphere goes hand in hand with that both good and bad.

Parking was a nightmare at 2pm on a Friday. Most of the surrounding roads are 'permit only' but I managed to find a pay and display space 2 minutes from the restaurant which cost £2 for 45 minutes. There are lots of shops and leisure activities nearby which is a bonus. Odeon Cinema is a 2 minute walk away, as is the river and numerous shops.

This was my very first time at Nando's.
I was visiting my family in London and one night my older sister took me out for dinner to her favorite place. We had a great time: the place was cool, service was great, staff were very patient and friendly... and the best part of all is that the food was AWESOME! I just can't wait to see Nando's in Italy!
