Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
So I ordered the whole chicken (medium), 2x large sides and coleslaw, everything was upto Nando’s standards except the chicken. Even though I ordered medium it seemed more like hot! My little one was not able to eat it and even i struggled with it…. The chicken was basically swimming in oil when you looked in the box so that was a huge initial turn off but we still went ahead and ate, now for me the fact that We could not digest the food and eventually ended up being sick and We are still suffering now due to this is what prompted me to leave a feedback, I am also very happy that due to the level of spice my son could not eat it. I have been to several Nando’s restaurants before but in all honesty this was my worst experience so far and I would not return to this branch moving forward. It also now clear to me why the customer before me took such a long time to decide on the level of spice he we ordered because within this branch it is not what you expect it to be.
The customer service here was excellent and staff were polite so I cannot say anything negative.
