


Between three people we had ordered the following:
Starters -
Hummus
Olives
Garlic bread
Main course -
Half chicken hot with Spicy rice and coleslaw
Quarter chicken with coleslaw
Chicken burger with chips and garlic bread
Drinks -
Two bottomless
And Rubro
The chicken was burnt on one entire side which came through to the other side and therefore destroying the flavor of the chicken. The service was terrible as we were quite frankly forgotten about and had to get up and find out what was happening with our order only to find out that they literally just forgot about it and we're making it now after we'd complained. Also, the trainee tried to make us look stupid as she tried to explain that chicken was burnt because the food was being grilled. I'm sure we've all grilled chicken before but never have we actually burnt it and called it a perfect chicken.
The plus side to this terrible experience was that we were offered free desserts which was kind of the staff but to be honest, we deserved it after how we were treated.
We noticed that some of the employees were messing around and lifting each other up now as a restaurant I'm not exactly sure if that's a professional behavior or not.
Me and my guests have been to nandos several times but have never experienced such poor customer service. We witnessed at least 3 different people asking for refunds ?!
If you want to get the best experience of Nandos I'd recommend not going here!
Wish we just went to Cosmos and just waited 45 minutes at least the customer service would've been better and the food would've been worth it!
