I visited this store first time with my family. I ordered couple fo bennie burgers and veg cataplan for me. All my family members got their meal but I didn't receive mine, asked one of the members of staff he said few minutes. After couple of minutes a manager came and said they haven't go one of the ingredient in mu dish but said I won't affect the taste of the dish. I believed him and didn't cancel my order. Finally after 5 minutes I got my veg cataplan, it wasn't just missing one ingredients but missing few of them hence I was disappointed, I called one member of staff and she said sorry and offered a bowl of peas. By this time my family had already eaten their meal. I just didn't really enjoy my dinner and very disappointed that they didn't even offer refund for my dish.. I am a fan of nandos food but felt let down..
