10 minute was for table, ordered food and then had 40 minutes of waiting with people around us that arrived after us getting their food first. Had to go back to the till and ask what is going on to which we then had to provide proof (fortunately still had the receipt). This order had obviously been missed and said they will make it right away, arrived within 5 minutes after that so very questionable on food quality, easily the worst wrap I’ve had from Nandos before it was incredibly soggy, first time I’ve ever used a knife and fork on a wrap at Nandos that’s for sure! Didn’t even get an offering of anything to compensate for their error of not making our food.
