Extremely accommodating. Staffs appears to be genuinely friendly. Amazing gesture when they agreed to sing happy birthday to my younger sister. It's nice to visit a nandos when I myself used to be a nandoca - very sentimental.

Great outdoor seating on a sunny Good Friday. Staff could not have been more helpful. This is a well run Nando’s where the staff take pride and the food is great.

Appalling attitude from Manageress. Refused to take one of our party's (9 in our party). Hair in someone else's food and my mushroom was tough and inedible. First and last visit to this restaurant.

This store is next to a cineworld cinema and benefits from a free car park outside. The interior is like a doughnut around a central elongated partition with leather benches facing tables and chairs. Upon the far side is a line of booths which were each had a quality item of art work in. At the end opposite the counter is a conservatory like structure with more tables and chairs in.

The toilets were smart and clean with a large dual Belfast sink.

I have been many times but particularly enjoyed my meal on this visit. There was also a make member of staff-jenny I think who was particularly helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning again soon.

this is my usual nando's i visit however this time i visited i found a hair within my creamy mash and upon telling a member of staff i was offered a new mash however at this point i was put off my whole meal! which is a great shame because i love nando's!! the new mash came 10 minutes later with an apology and nothing else to offer, i'm sad to say but i won't be returning to this branch!

Visited this branch a few times and been average but felt this visit needed telling. i had a great time, staff were friendly, especially at the till asking me how my day had been, something little but very uplifting considering friday the 13th and done its worse! even though it was busy the food came quickly enough, hot, fresh chips.

Spent a Sunday walking around the Longmynd - and what better way to finish than chicken and chips? :-) Found the nearest one was Shrewsbury so a slight detour to get us there.
