My son and I eat at Nando's about 2-4 times a week. Our meals are usually great.
Today my sons chicken was burnt, he is diabetic, so having waited longer than usual he had to start eating.
When I did speak to the manager Phoebe Mayo I was very disappointed at her attitude, very uncaring and also her dress attire.
She was dressed very casual indeed with just a Nando's hoody, no name tag and I had no inclination that she was the manager until she told me. She offered to replace the food, but as I had already told her my son was diabetic and having waited longer than usual he had to start eating. THAT WAS IT NOTHING ELSE.
