I had half a chicken platter with 2 sides (my go to meal). I want to speak about a specific employee at nandos named Ioana. I always have a fantastic experience with Ioana! She provides exceptional customer service, consistently going above and beyond to make sure my son and I feel welcome. She’s incredibly friendly, always with a smile, and takes the time to check on us, asking if everything with our food is to our liking and if we need anything else.

Was a horrible experience. Didn’t receive my glasses for my drinks until half an hour after ordering my food and repeatedly asking for them. Was with family and friends and there food all came an hour before my reached the table. Didn’t receive my starters until after finsishing my main course. Food seemed rushed. I wouldn’t go back to Slough Nando’s. When I tried ordering though the Nando’s table QR code the price came out my account twice but then said declined online.

Had an amazing lunch today gor my mums bday and 2 particular staff stood put to me for being so friendly and kind and helpful lovely smiles and genuine good people nandso should be very proud need more people like them fantastic service and nothing was to much trouble. There names were rubin and kareem thanks again guys hope you get some recognition from this review you are fantastic xx

I’m very disappointed with the service. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. Multiple people who arrived after us were served first, when our order arrived it was incorrect and my pitta was stone cold and had to be sent back. I spoke to a member of staff, Jordan and he advised to write a review, hopefully to receive some compensation

Supergreen was a great recommendation from manager Changaz! Along with his hosting and great attention to detail to each and every customers needs no matter how big or small! He went above and beyond to provide the best service. Not just for me but all paying customers surround myself and my children. And the way he handle unpleasant complaining customers like an absolute professional with fault was unreal.

Great decoration, wait was very long. They had no beers in stock, I was served the wrong cider. The staff had no interest in helping and I wven had to run after the waiter who gave me an attitude because I asked him where to get plates. Table was incredibly dirty.

So I've always tried to get to Slough since I heard there was a 2nd Nando's opened up there. It wasn't too hard to find, I just walked down from the top ohe high street from the first exit of the Queensmere shopping centre until I found it.

This store is on the edge of town square as part of the Queensmere shopping centre (though entered from the outside square not from within the centre) and neighbours onto the Empire cinema. I parked within the Queensmere multi-storey car park and had a short walk through the shops to get to the square. Parking is by timed card paid prior to exit and is free for the first hour and then a £1 for each additional hour up till a max of £5.

Seen straight away and given a choice of tables, which was nice! Couple of dirty tables nearby but it was lunchtime and all the staff were busy but they were cleared within five minutes of us sitting down which was more than fine.

Trainee staff at the tills were learning but being trained well and I'm happy to wait - we've all been there! - and the food was quick and absolutely delicious.

My son and I eat at Nando's about 2-4 times a week. Our meals are usually great.
Today my sons chicken was burnt, he is diabetic, so having waited longer than usual he had to start eating.
When I did speak to the manager Phoebe Mayo I was very disappointed at her attitude, very uncaring and also her dress attire.

If you're unlucky enough to be in Slough, then like me you'll head to a Nando's to take your mind off it. A half marathon in the morning, so what better way to store up the energy than with some chicken and chips?? :-)

I live in Slough & I have to say Nandos is the best restaurant to eat from!. If I could I would to there every single day!. It is in the town centre surrounded by Empire Cinema & many other retail stores. Location is just perfect!. The staff always welcome us with a friendly smile & it seems as though we are friends (due to the amount of times I go there, once I went 2 days in a row). After ordering the food it doesn't take long to arrive.

As a HUGE fan of Nando's I have to say I was very disappointed with this relatively new restaurant on a trip to slough visiting family.

This restaurant is more modern than other nando's I had been too with nice decor and features (but I missed the 'homely' feel of the other nando's). The toilets were dirty and out of paper, and all of the sauce bottles were sticky/greasey.

Now that this branch has been visited, we are only 15 reviews away from completing the UK mission! This trip down to Slough took place on a fine Sunday afternoon and the drive from North London was traffic free, it took around 40 minutes which isn't too bad. Parking in the Queensmere shopping centre is reasonably priced and numerous other outlets and restaurants can be found here.
