South Harrow - Anonymous Review

This is the best Nandos that we have ever visited!!!
The options given in the multiple choice above are not fair or reflective of the great service that South Harrow provides.

We visit on weekends so our experience is based on this, with the volume of customers i think its unreasonable to suggest that the staff should recognise and know us, however they always accomodate us and make space for the back room which is more private and offers a better atmosphere as a small family (that way we are not worried that the kids noise will put off other diners) I give them a 5/5 for friendliness.

It is always busy and that's because the food is great and it's very difficult to provide great food in under 5 minutes when the shop is constantly receiving customers (especially at the weekend) so i rate it 5/5 for speed.

We actually travel from Slough to visit the South Harrow branch that is because the quality of food is exceptional in comparison to what is local (we ordered food from one of the slouhh branches and the chicken had a funny smell) the local branches are also very stingy when it comes to portion sizes (large chips are almost the same as regular) or either South Harrow is generous, either way we feel that the taste and the portion size is better at South Harrow and for the price we pay its satisfying to leave the table with a full tummy!

And finally decoration the privacy that's offered in the back room suits as perfectly as with young children we do not want to disturb other diners with their noise or tending to their potential tantrums so whenever we visit South Harrow we ask to be seated in the back and it's perfect for us and in any case South Harrow and all other Nandos look very similar in their decor oh and also they have a large sauce selection which suits me perfectly
