When I walked in the tables had dirty plates and chicken bones this was on about 3 tables filled with plates the staff I wouldn’t tip a penny the service was disgusting

Nick the manager was an arrogant guy. No training for staff on tills. We were served by Ahmed and Nick both had attitude. Till wasn't working when they tried to swipe cards. None of the staff were friendly nor had any smiles on their face. It's the worst Nandos so far. I go to Nandos to eat specifically to taste a few sauces and that was not available.

Chicken was dry, chips were hard, you could tell they were reheated. They forgot to add the coleslaw, didn’t seem to understand chicken and two sides. Worse Nando’s ever.

This store is close to Sainsburys and Waitrose and is on a High street location, parking is charged for at quite a high rate on the street and in the first few parking spaces of the side roads, but if you go further into the side roads you will find it is residents parking from 10 am till 11 am and 2pm till 3pm so enabling you to park for free at other times.

Been to South Harrow a few times, can be busy but have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for my food like on this occasion. Pointed it out to the staff who did very little to rectify the situation. Food itself was fine but was a really bad experience this time.

So onto the second Nando's of the day and this took me to South Harrow for dinner. Arrived here at about 7:30pm, so there were plenty of free parking spaces along Northolt Road outside all of the shops. During the day there is a charge and maximum stay restrictions, I forgot to make a note of what they were though... South Harrow tube station is also a few minutes walk away.

The last time i came to this nando's they sent us away for fear it would be attacked during the london riots. Had to settle for pizza that night but better less said about that. Got there after half five after a horrible day of waiting around and had to wait ten mins for a table. Bearing in mind they seem ve have about 30 tables in there, its not very big.

Despite the slightly tedious Saturday afternoon journey on a Piccadilly Line replacement bus, Nando's 60 (a halal restaurant) got off on a good foot when we were offered balloons by the member of staff who greeted us on the door. Baloons were indeed supplied, as was a very friendly and attentive reception from the rest of the on-duty staff (albeit almost to the point where it began to grate). Waiting for the food itself, I had a look about the smaller than average restaurant.

OK - South Harrow is my local Nandos (gutted that it's 5 miles away - bring one in Northwood, Pinner or Ruislip please!!!!) so this is the standard Nandos crave I have at least 2-3 evenings a week. Relative to the several hundred visits of Nandos that I have had it fits in above average. I am not commenting on the table wait, service or the decor because its as I expect. I normally get Hot half chicken and peri chips and vary from mash, corn or garlic bread on the second side.

On arriving at this Halal branch at 2.30ish on a Friday, it was not that busy but once we left, the branch was almost full. Could it have been the pull of the Rate Your Nando's Team dragging other Nandoers into the restaurant? The rush did not adversely affect us luckily as we were seated immediately, no queue to order and food arrived in average time.

Staff were a mixed bag - one of the managers Tiago was a really nice guy and made us feel very welcome, continuously checked up on us, and made sure our food was top notch (more on that below). He would have earned this visit a 5/5 if it hadn't of been for some of the other staff, who gave us a rather frosty reception. 3.5/5 overall for staff!

Parking outside is 50p per half hour which is ok. As for the interior, there were numerous paintings of an intriguing nature but the problem was with the staff. On placing my order I asked for some mayonnaise but it did not arrive with my food. I then politely asked the waitress for some, she stormed off and brought it back but reiterated that I should have told the man at the till on placing my order even though that is exactly what I did. I didn't see her smile once.
