Nando’s has gone virtual! For those of you who aren’t prepared hold your breath! If you don’t have a smart phone don’t go here as they can’t serve you or that’s what I was told, which I think is horrifically discriminating. Queued in a real queue before they opened for about 20 mins, no one told us about virtual queueing. Got ignored when we got to the front of the queue where people that had just arrived and added themselves to the “virtual” queue were let in before us, the staff just didn’t help us one bit and had no sense to let those that had actually got there and queued first in before those that had just arrived and skipped the queue with virtual queueing. My meal was just unsatisfying the portion size was just ridiculously small I had a quarter chicken with two rice and left hungry. My friend who I came with had hers with chips and rice the rice was half full and she got about 12 chips! Just a real let down and left hungry and stressed when I had been looking forward to it for months, asked for a pot of mayo and got given Hellman’s! Like seriously, it’s always the miracle whip people are after, had no ice in my drink, didn’t get asked for a top up as the staff do it for you and felt in general that the staff didn’t care about the customer satisfaction, just ask people if they need any sauces, spare plates or ice in your drink. As the staff are doing it for the customer now and not self service like it used to be I think the staff need to be more forward thinking to give that true cheeky Nando’s experience! This visit was a 100% fail!
