1 (>25 mins - Asked repeatedly. I need my Nando's)

1 (Inedible - Is that blood?! Send it back!)

3 (Standard Nando's, nothing bad, nothing exceptional)
Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

Dreadful service. Waited 50 minutes and no food arrived, only our drinks. When queried with a member of staff, they said they would check for us but never came back! After 60 minutes we spoke to the cashier only to find that our order had not been placed, even though we got our drinks and a starter! Saw that other people had sent their food back. When we asked for a refund, were told it would take five days which is not acceptable as we were only visiting St Helens for the weekend. Would never go back.
