Nandi’s Stafford staff you are so disappointing and your manager needs some serious customer services skills she lacks basic ones. From the start the lady at the till was so rude focusing on her conversation with other staff members not giving a care to us customers. The food was -0 my son being served raw chicken and yes I tried complaining and I got the most condescending response I have ever had. On toilets don’t get me started all I will say is use your toilet before visiting. The meat lacks flavour it’s just bland and nasty it’s like boiling chicken at home with seasoning. In the past month the standards have dropped and would advise people to visit the Stoke branch at least you will be valued as a customer
