Parking: 
Parking is by way of two new car parks in the complex - Waterfront Multi-Storey and Riverside Undercroft. Waterfront is open Mon-Sat 6:30am-11:30pm, Sun 9am-6:30pm and Riverside is open Mon-Sat 7am-10pm, Sun 9am-6pm. Both charge 1hr/£1, 2hrs/£2, 3hrs/£3, 4hrs/£3.50, 5hrs/£4, 6hrs/£5, 7hrs/£6, 8hrs+/£8 Mon-Sat Mon-Sat open-6pm, Mon-Sat after 6pm it is £1 until close. Sun all day is £1.

So this is a tricky one. Overall 3 stars is generous as the order was served incorrect meaning one dish needed remaking. Thus one of us had our food and the other had to wait for the dish to be recooked. We accept that this can happen. What happened next made me more dissatisfied. The remade food sat on the pass going cold while the young man that promised to get the correct food to us as fast as possible was dealing with a further complaint.

I just had 1/4 chicken lemon and herb, peri peri chips x2, pineapple and a bottomless drink. Was super satisfying, crispy hot chips with fluffy inside and chicken soft and tender with crispy skin and flavour. I was asked if I wanted the leg piece or the breast piece which I’ve never been asked before at Nandos which was nice, usually given random 1/4. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! So nice! Very attentive.

I would like to leave positive feedback after our visit to the Stafford restaurant yesterday. We really were impressed by how COVID-19 measures were put in place (ordering and paying by phone, table service only,..). We really felt safe! There is one thing to point out: only the guy in the entrance worn a mask, while the young lady who cleared the table was very close to us and did not wear a mask.

Meal 1: Half Chicken/Hot sauce + garlic bread and chips
Meal 2: Butterfly breast/medium sauce + chips and coleslaw
Not convinced that the griddle was on/hot as the skin was cold and soggy. Sauce was sprayed on and hadn't been heated.
Chicken was very dry and I suspect left over from night before.
Garlic bread was way over cooked and must have been on a hotplate for ages (brown not yellow/buttery)

I had a 1/4 Chicken Breast Medium with Peri Chips and Garlic Bread. Stafford is so lucky to have such a great, fresh Nando's. The food was amazing, I have been to numerous Nando's across the country and this one is my favourite. The staff are very polite and the speed of service is top notch. Well worth a visit. Lovely artwork inside and nice area outside for the warm weather.

The FA Cup is a special competition that all Arsenal fans love and when we found out that we had drawn Preston away while at our Christmas Reviewer Dinner, we started making plans for the long trip up north instantly! A huge part of the planning came down to where a good stop would be around halfway, not too far out the way and at a Nando's that I hadn't previously visited. Stafford Nando's simply ticked all the boxes.

James was very helpful, seated my family and I very quickly. He assisted us when our order got mixed up and got the right food to us as quickly as possible.

All credit goes to a member off staff named James! More than willing to go the extra mile to help you out, very polite but is himself around customers because he joins in with jokes and banter around the table! Will defo be visiting again if all of the staff are as fun as James! I did ask for his Surname so i could write this review but all i can remember is that it began with a K, i hope this helps to give credit where it is deserved!

Well opening day of a new Nando's serving two new Xmas dishes? It'd be rude not to give it a whirl. The newest Nando's to open was in Stafford. It's located in a new Riverside complex and looks out on the River Sow. Parking is by way of two new car parks in the complex - Waterfront Multi-Storey and Riverside Undercroft. Waterfront is open Mon-Sat 6:30am-11:30pm, Sun 9am-6:30pm and Riverside is open Mon-Sat 7am-10pm, Sun 9am-6pm.
