


Hi Nando’s UK am writing to report how disappointed I was actually appalled by how your Stafford branch is treating staff not to mention the lady manager who was at work yesterday treating me badly talking to me like a child in front of my children. I held back tears. This is the worst time I was treated in this branch never again will I visit. Please send your managers to customers service training and not speak down to people. The toilets were filthy a lady at the till did not even her job. My son’s chicken was raw like come on now. I was excited to visit Nando’s and all I got was rubbish. The manager had zero customer service skills same as the lady on the tills. Please pass this to the relevant team as I could not find their page. If my child gets sick from that raw chicken I will be seeking legal action.
It is one thing complaining then another to be dismissed. Respect goes both ways I work for the NHS and am sure if I treat patients badly patients will be worse. From talking to some of my friends from the Staffordshire and Stoke single mums club they reported that they also got bad treatment and were dismissed so they now go to the Stoke branch. The Stafford branch has low standards, bad food and a rude manager.
