1 (>25 mins - Asked repeatedly. I need my Nando's)

1 (Inedible - Is that blood?! Send it back!)

1 (Very dirty, nothing on walls, I wanted to leave!)

Absolutely rubbish. There is no service any more then the staff wonder why they don't get a tip! No printed menus blamed on covid-19, you have to use an app to order the food, you have to pay on the app, you have to get your own beverages, the only thing I didn't have to do myself with cooking.
If you wanted to completely descale your restaurant there's initiative for you!
I cannot believe how little service there is in your restaurant anymore it's a disgrace and I definitely will not be going back again
