2 (Quite rude, ignored me as they walked past)

5 (Under 5 mins - I had only just got back with my cutlery and sauce)

Staff at the till/ manager and cooks seemed very professional, but floor staff.. I said Thankyou, at the end of my meal not a smile , a response nothing. So rude. Just gathered talking to them selfs. If they don’t want be there, perhaps get another job because not fair on the other staff that tried there best to make the place shine.

Absolutely rubbish. There is no service any more then the staff wonder why they don't get a tip! No printed menus blamed on covid-19, you have to use an app to order the food, you have to pay on the app, you have to get your own beverages, the only thing I didn't have to do myself with cooking.
If you wanted to completely descale your restaurant there's initiative for you!

After a meeting in Manchester I thought I'd hit the road and stop for a late lunch on my way back to London. There was a time when the next Nandos after Manchester was in Birmingham, but nowadays I'm spoilt for choice! I thought I'd try the easier to park at of the two Stoke Nandos.

Goin' up Hanley duck!!

This Nando's is on the other side of the road to the Octagon Retail Park in a new development with a TGI Friday's, Bella Italia and Costa - and has hundreds of free parking spaces. It's just down the road from Festival Leisure, so there's a cinema and bowling alley nearby - and of course Waterworld! Stoke-on-Trent train station is also about 1.5 miles walk away.
