Stratford - Westfield - jackie molyneux Review

Very easy to find inside Westfield shopping centre. We arrived via the Central Line but plenty of other transport networks also stop here. it's upstairs near Strada/Pizza Express/all the usual suspects. had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. this is a massive branch and consequently very noisy. the tables are also quite close together. As it was so busy, the ordering process also took a while & then the computerised till system crashed. but my cashier Alessandro remained calm and apologetic throughout. what a trooper. I am sure I wouldn't have, if I'd been in his shoes. while waiting for the food to arrive, I had a good look round at the decoration & lighting. some tiny dangly fairy lights suspended from the ceiling. at least one column was covered in artfully displayed bottle tops and another with tiny rolls of coloured paper (NOT buttons!!). my food was mostly delicious, I have decided to work my way gradually through the whole menu. so once again I tried some different items. I am liking the spicy rice. not so keen on passion fruit sorbet (they told me it was gelado........nope). It's way too sour. the ladies loo could do with some TLC. more soap?? and new loo seats x 2? bit shabby. I am sorry if no one else agrees with me, but I think this branch is just too big and impersonal.
