The highlight of my trip to Nando’s was definitely the service received by Raphael. He had very high energy, was very attentive, friendly and just all around good vibes. He filled up my cup, gave me and my friend free soft serve, and provides us with tissues, cutlery and sauces without us even asking. His singing also created a very lovely, uplifting environment. The food also tasted excellent but Raphael made my experience for sure.

We have never had Chicken so Dry and Hard. We were hungry so did not complain at that time but we had Nando's before many time and same dish, but this seemed that it was made in a hurry.

I usually avoid this Nando’s if possible. Last time I went I was really weak too. Food is not up to standard of a nandos. What’s more peak is that it’s also the second time in a row they have had no gooey caramel cheesecake. I won’t be coming back to particular one in a rush.

We were a party of 8 and 5 of our orders were incorrect. We discovered this was the person on the cash desk. Her name was Carla. Admittedly, the food was nice but the same can’t be said for the staff. Both Carla and Uela( the lady who brought our food), rolled there eyes when we ordered food and queried our order respectively. I feel my experience would have been improved if our orders were correct.

There are eight of us but 5 orders were messed up. The staff were not friendly at all and kept on giving us disapproving looks. While I was ordering, when I asked for something new Carla (staff member) rolled her eyes each time. Then when the order came it wasn’t what we had asked for and the lady serving (Eula) kept in rolling her eyes at us

I love this restaurant even though it's in a busy shopping centre. The staff still make time for you and I had my 2 year old with me, the spacing was very easy for me to get around with her. We had the spicy rice, corn on the cob, veggie wrap and creamy mash, all came super quick and it was delicious as always.

Very easy to find inside Westfield shopping centre. We arrived via the Central Line but plenty of other transport networks also stop here. it's upstairs near Strada/Pizza Express/all the usual suspects. had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. this is a massive branch and consequently very noisy. the tables are also quite close together. As it was so busy, the ordering process also took a while & then the computerised till system crashed.

Ten minute wait to get a table then ten minutes waiting to order. The queue wasn't that long however the tills decided to crash whilst I was placing my order. The poor trainee had about three people come over to help him but we still had to change till. He couldn't remember what I ordered so as he scrolled through all the recent orders I had to point mine out.

It's been a while since I've been to a new branch, hence the lack of reviews, and this visit to Westfield was no exception. However, I figured it's worth reviewing this visit because it came on an event day at the Olympic Park (Diamond League athletics in the Stadium), so may be of use to anyone attending stuff there in the future.

Second time I'd been to this Nando's (went once during the Olympics) and the decor still looks really good. Was running late to meet some mates for dinner so they ordered for me, food literally got there about a minute after I arrived - and so can only give it a 5 for speed! Staff were very accommodating too; one of my mates didn't get his spicy rice, so they compensated him with a free corn of the cob.

This Nando's is in the huge Westfield shopping Centre in Stratford (City) right by the Olympic Village. There are hundreds of different shops and eateries within the centre and nearby, with a Vue Cinema, All Star Lanes bowling alley and an Asper Casino all within The Westfield.

One of my favorite outlets in the UK and the branch where my son (15 months) had his first foray into the delicacy that is Nandos, this gargantuan restaurant always manages to impress me in terms of quality of food, speed of service and general cleanliness. I would recommend sitting at the back where you can enjoy a wonderful view of all that Westfield has to offer.

I visited this large Nandos in between the Olympic and Paralympic games which took place right next to the Westfield centre a massive shopping centre which seemed to have every shop in it plus a cinema. Whilst the visit was to look over the Olympic site I was impressed with the centre and the Store is right in the middle of it.

Despite receiving a table of free desserts, this is by far the worst visit to Nandos anyone will ever experience.

Stratford Westfield, a new shopping centre; Europe's largest. One of the best things to happen to East London in god-knows how many years. As expected, there was a significant queue for the restaurant, but my friends and I were willing to wait.

What with this being the worlds biggest Nando's I immediately had very high expectations. Couple this with the fact that this restaurant had opened only the day before; I expected a lot. I'm glad to say that I wasn't disappointed.
