Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:

This will be my last visit to this branch. Second awful experience in a row. Two strikes and you're out! Victoria left me standing at the till halfway through my order to go and answer the phone. Because there is no door to this branch, it's just an open walkway by the entrance of the O2 centre, it was freezing cold (even after I moved tables). I had to keep my coat and scarf on. The food took 22 minutes to arrive. Even though we had paid for cheese on our burger, it didn't come. The wrap going around my chicken was, for the first time ever, not done properly; it was loose and the chicken was falling out. Not happy!
