I just walked into the new Nando's in our area, Sydenham. What a disappointing experience! We got told after waiting by the door with another party for 5 minutes 'We are at full capacity'. Baring in mind I could see 5 free tables in front of me this was a crazy excuse. The place was filled with dirty plates and dishes too! After waiting for it to open, everyone around I was extremely annoyed. The manager didn't even come to speak to us after requested either and didn't look bothered! Won't be trying to get in there ever again!
