Teeside Park has roadsigns to the North and South parts - so head for North and look for the Asda just behind the Costa and the Nando's is nestled in the corner - you can't see it until you get close. There's a Hollywood Bowl, a Showcase Cinema and lots of other shops and eateries spread across the retail park. Thornaby train station is about a mile walk away.
Parking:
Hundreds and hundreds of free parking spaces on the Retail Park.

Really excellent service from the staff. Wish I could remember names! But the lady taking my order on the till and I believe blonde lady who may be a manager were excellent. I came in with my 1 year old alone (very daunting). They helped me to my table, heated my babies food got me drinks, just a general big help. Put me at ease which this exhausted mum needed. Food was delicious

After my last Nando's visit (Leeds J27) a couple of weeks ago, I was super happy when a Nando's branch a bit closer to home (10 minutes away from home instead of 2 hours) was announced as re-opening for the sit in experience.

I came to Nandos with my mum and sister and was very disappointed with the food.
We ordered 2 Sunset Burgers and 1 Butterfly burger between us. The accompanying chips have changed and were cold and floppy. The bun on the butterfly burger was so small in comparison to the chicken it could not be called a burger as it was inefficient at holding the chicken up. The macho peas were also cold and tasted like old warmed up peas with no flavour. Usually love Nando’s but very disappointed.

Service was fairly quick staff were friendly, piri piri chicken wings were burnt.
After visiting Newcastle Nandos I assumed the meal would be as good unfortunately it wasn't.
Highly doubt another visit to Teesside park Nandos.

I haven't reviewed this branch since it opened last December so I thought I'd do an update. Usually I dislike going to Nando's on a Friday night because it's always packed but if a friend suggests it, I can't say no. Arriving there at about 8 there were plenty of parking spaces available as most of the shops were shut by then.

Parking fine as weekday evening and most shops shut ot closing. The wait at the tills was really long but not a massive queue just not enough staff helping. there seemed to be some very busy staff and others that weren't. We waited 30 minutes for food! It's supposed to be out within 20 minutes. Food when it did come was lovely but they got the order wrong, we asked for breast but got leg (I'm sure there's a joke somewhere in that comment).

Stopped into this Nando's on the way back from Newcastle at about 12pm and just missed the rush that came in. There was one table left for the three of us, but quickly the queue for tables went to about 20 parties.

This was one of my many visits to Middlesbrough Nando's. Middlesbrough Nando's as people have already stated is in a leisure park next to a cinema with nearby parking. It's also a short walk to the town centre.

I got my usual meal of veggie wrap (with no mayonnaise in it) and peri-chips) The wrap was good and the chips were nice too with plenty of peri salt. I'd give this branch a 4/5 for food.

I've been looking forward to a new Nando's branch opening in the area for years and it's finally happened! It's pretty awkward to get to from Middlesbrough without a car. The only bus that runs to Teesside Park runs on a Saturday. The nearest bus stop that has regular service is about 20 minutes walk away at the Tees Barrage.
