Telford - Anonymous Review

I don’t normally seek to write reviews but after visiting this particular branch of Nandos I left feeling really pleased. The lady who dealt with us I believe was a supervisor/manager (as she helped advise a query of mine on the till). This lady saw my two children and I to a table and got a highchair for my son. She was very friendly and also helped with the pushchair and my coat when I dropped it on the floor while helping my son into the highchair. She continued to come back to the table to check everything was ok and made an effort to address my children including my 2 year old son who she did not know had autism. She was exceptional during our visit. It’s the best customer service I have ever received at a Nandos as it’s normally a bit like a fast food chain, but this particular member of staff (I wish I had got her name but our order time was 4:51pm if that helps) made us all feel very comfortable, when meals out can usually be quite stressful for me with my children.
