Mel and Sophie were terrific and dealt with our orders and drinks very promptly, me and my fellows really enjoyed our meal, thanks to your brilliant staff. Will DEFINITELY be returning soon❤️

We were waiting to be seated for nearly 10 minutes and when we went to order there were 5 staff behind the till including a manager and we was ignored by all of them for a good 5 minutes. No good when you are the only person in the queue. Very ignorant!!

I don’t normally seek to write reviews but after visiting this particular branch of Nandos I left feeling really pleased. The lady who dealt with us I believe was a supervisor/manager (as she helped advise a query of mine on the till). This lady saw my two children and I to a table and got a highchair for my son. She was very friendly and also helped with the pushchair and my coat when I dropped it on the floor while helping my son into the highchair.

This was the first visit here for my wife and I. It was excellently located for us as we were spending the next day performing at the Telford Canival of Giants in the adjacent Town Park, and our hotel was just five minutes walk away.

I have been 33 times and counting, I simply cannot stay away! I have tried multiple other Nandos' in my local area and they all pale in comparison, the service here has never been anything but fantastic, with the likes of Bradley and Alice always making us feel at home. The food is exceptional every single time, and the restaurant itself is clean and welcoming.

Just wanted to say how amazing the staff were. When we arrived there was a 25 min wait for a table, then a 45 min wait for food which we didn't mind and wasn't anybody's fault. The service by Bradley on the till was so friendly and he seemed genuinely interested in our day even though they were really busy. The manager seemed to be doing a 100 jobs yet it didn't seem to phase her one bit. The food was brilliant as always, and the whole team seemed calm and professional.

I visited Nando's as I always enjoy their food. I had travelled to Telford from Oxford, on a visit to Cosford with my family. We were amazed at the size of the restaurant compared to Oxford, and how busy it was. Staff were rushed off their feet, but yet they were all smiling and seemed happy, which, I noticed, reflected on the customers. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their meals, and though it was really busy, no one complained.

Getting sat down and ordering was a good as normal, but for a table of four our first plate of food arrived in an hour! Followed by a staggered interval of food arrivals and the last person waited an extra half an hour from the first arrival meaning we never actually ate as a table. Providing it wasn't even full, and more people were still waiting to be seated I think you had forgotten about our order. Hopefully next time my half chicken will be on time. Still love nandos though

the staff were amazing , the food was the best , and the restaurant is well lush !! Easy to get to and means i dont have to go to shrewsbury.!

This store in the new extension to the Telford shopping centre which whilst started in the 70's as a new town centre is improving greatly from it's carbuncle roots and the area of the store is picturesque, though you will struggle to find it on many maps. The car park I parked in was on coach central street but again isn't on the maps yet but is to the south of of the centre.

Going down the Telf. Not done that for a while! But here it is - no longer just Mecca Bingo, the Ice Rink and Tenpin - but an IMAX Cineworld and a host of eateries, including Pizza Express, Chimichanga's and Bella Italia. A large Asda anchors the site too. The Southwater complex is also just a moment's walk from Telford Town Park with its pools and lakes.
