


I just wanted to say a big thank you to Martin and his team at Westwood Cross Nando’s.
Working in the NHS, I had just finished a long a gruelling shift on the weekend, and planned to collect some takeaway from Nando’s for my family and I on what happened to be one of the most torrentially rainiest days of the year. As planned, I went and collected my food, and walked to my car in the heavy rain. On reaching my car, and just before getting into my car, my Nando’s bag ripped, and with that, all my food plunged into a puddle beside my car! I was embarrassed and disappointed that I had just dropped my family’s food. I called my wife first to explain, and then called Nando’s where I spoke to Martin. I explained what had happened and he was extremely understanding. Martin and his team were kind enough to prepare my order for me again. I was very grateful for his gesture of kind will, and wanted to express my gratitude to him and his team.
I am not the sort to leave reviews normally, but I am sure you would agree that this gesture of good will went well and truly beyond what would be expected.
