Unsure how your staff are trained.
But seeing as there were 5/6 FOH I would have hoped my food woulve come when it was ready or atleast soon after, I watched my food be on the side for atleast 15 minutes after waiting 30 minutes for it.

Dirty toilets .. extremely dry chicken .told a server it isn't very good. Left most of it as couldn't swallow it as so dry and no ice available so warm water just didnt help digesting it !!Just offered a pudding! Lactose intolerance...that was a no thanks !

I had my baby shower at nandos im Thanet, brodstairs in westwood cross. Staff was amazing, special thanks to Bobo amd Sheryl who were really friendly and made me and my friends feel welcome.
Food was great as always , there was 10 of us there and everyone was highly satisfied.

Greeted by the frostiest young lady ive ever met when ordering our food. Everything was too much trouble, she huffed and rolled her eyes. Extremely inpatient. Made me feel bad for disturbing her. I asked for a chicken breast on its own And when it came out it was no bigger than two chicken nuggets. How you can charge £7 for that is beyond me.

After lunch at Dover Nando's, I have to say I didn't really fancy a Nando's dinner, but we were so close to Thanet that I couldn't pass it up! Luckily this Nando's didn't disappoint.

Food and portion size very good, restaurant almost full with post Christmas shoppers.
Ambience in the restaurant good, and more importantly very clean.

This store has a wealth of parking which it shares with the Vue cinema and the surrounding restaurants and mega stores. It is on the edge of a piazza and looked quite nice area.

Inside there were several booths around a central low level wall with wooden tusks decorating the top and lots of art work on the walls.

Went for dinner was told 15 minutes to wait which was plenty of time as we had a film to watch an hour on. Ended up waiting 40 minutes and missing the first 10 minutes of the film.

On Broadstairs retail park with several large shops (Matalan, Tesco, Pets At Home etc) a Vue cinema, Bingo and several eateries - with hundreds and hundreds of free parking spaces.

Good seating section outside - maybe 6/7 tables either side of the entrance. Not much to look at other than the front of Chiquittos. Setup is mainly for couples or fours outside.
