3 (Not bad. Did everything I asked of them)

1 (>25 mins - Asked repeatedly. I need my Nando's)

2 (Quite disappointing - seems rushed, may have some parts burnt)

3 (Standard Nando's, nothing bad, nothing exceptional)
Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

Unsure how your staff are trained.
But seeing as there were 5/6 FOH I would have hoped my food woulve come when it was ready or atleast soon after, I watched my food be on the side for atleast 15 minutes after waiting 30 minutes for it.
So many staff walked past no one taking any food. All too busy standing or clearing tables ( I understand the cleaning) however I would say hot food being taken to customer is 1st priority as noone was waiting to be seated either so it wasn’t a priority at this point.
I’m so unhappy with the service I got. Will not be returning.
