This store is very much in the semi circle and is placed in the passage way between a massive Tesco's and a retail park, though despite coming after closing time of the shops on a Sunday this store was still very busy. It is a double height store with massive glass wall curing around the store with wooden beams criss-crossing around and the toilets upstairs in a mezzanine floor at the back of the store. The front door had smashed before our arrival and had been boarded up with plywood and a sign directing me to the rear patio entrance where a few tables were outside to make use of the view of the tescos.

Lots of good artwork around and the store is bright and airy.

There was confusion with the queuing system which none of the staff seemed willing to tackle or prevent. Food also took a long long time to come out and I did get bored waiting for it despite the amount of artwork to admire. The chicken leg that first came out to me was a little mangled and the person delivering it did a drop and run approach. The lady who checked on my meal shortly later did go and change it, but left the sides so I had the choice of waiting and having cold sides or eating them and then eating the chicken by itself when it returned. I decided to eat them hot which meant the chicken was consumed by itself when it came out. The friendliness of staff is in the middle as whilst the lad on the till was non attentive and probably thinking of when he would next get to the gym, the lady who changed the chicken did smile and change it for me. Likewise the quality is in the middle for the same reasons.

I would return to this store and would like to see more stores with the same glass approach to design.
