Visited this Nando's for a takeaway lunch, and was very disappointed with the service. They charged my friend extra for his food and refused to give him his money back, the food took a long time to make and the staff were slow and unwelcoming.

Also my chicken definitely didn't seem extra-hot and the chips were seriously lacking in Peri-Peri salt.

Although the food wasn't up to scratch, it was still quite nice, and won't stop me from coming back here again. I'm hoping it was just an off day!
