Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
we had a lovely meal very tasty..chef really genuinly lovely...dee was fabulous..she didnt stop..infact i think she was the only one doing anything visibly. the asian girl(im not racist before you start i have black kids,,, but halfway thrrhough the meal iu went uo anbd asked for a myo dip... she turned looked at me and carried on her conversation with the chef who had his back to me....no customer service on her behalf...we then later asked if we could have and iced yoghurt which was on the menu..she came over and said it wasnt available so my daughter said could i just have icecream instead please....10mins later she came over and literally threw the iucecream pot on the table and walked away... that was twice..(without looking for faults..,.. its really not good..i coukld see she got on with the chef..who was very good! but she bneeds to get gone...shes no asset to the company and lets it down badly... its as if she dosent like her job anymore.......can i just say DEE was fabulous..she didnt stop..i even went over and asked her her name,,,thanking her for her kindness....honestly nandos....get a grip..her with the chef needs to go!! shes a big let down for your company... i wi;; be forwarding this email to dirtectors because she spoilt our meal by doing those 2 acts of disrespectfulness.. i usually dont judge, but i thought about her actions the next day and thought no... i need to put a review on this. the director needs to view this
