Asked for whole chicken platter I goy 3 legs a wing and a breast chicken was dry and and tasted old I saw one of the staff place a box on the chopping board she was using then use the board again not one member of staff serving food washed there hands while I was there.

we had a lovely meal very tasty..chef really genuinly lovely...dee was fabulous..she didnt stop..infact i think she was the only one doing anything visibly. the asian girl(im not racist before you start i have black kids,,, but halfway thrrhough the meal iu went uo anbd asked for a myo dip...

DEE WAS AMAZING BUT THE ASIAN WOMAN WAS RUDE ON 2 OCCASIONS... I WENERE WAS NO FROZEN YOGHURT AS SPECIFIED ON THE MENU SO WE SAID ICECREAM...SHE LITERALLY CAME OVER ANBD THREW IT ON THE TABLE... ITS NOT GOOD...REALLY BAD FOR BUSINESS

We arrived at nandos around 2000-2100 where there must have been a change over Of shifts, we ordered our food before the change over where no one had checked on us until the new female manager (polka dot top) she had apologised for the wait as she’s only just come on shift and looked after us well, kept looking at our table and clearly trying to get our food, she had a beautiful smile so it made it easier

I’ve been to many Nando’s previously however the friendliness, helpfullness and service on this visit was astounding! Every single member of staff had a big smile, welcoming us and the service was brilliant!! I spoke to the manager before leaving to pass this on. Well done Nando’s Walsall x we will be back xx top marks and above especially during the Xmas period when customer service can be more difficult

Past 3 visits, chiecken has been dry and tasteless. My last visit recently, the wings were cooked and the peri flavouring slapped on after, it was at room temperature (the peri sauce). Payed £30~ for 2 of us, had litteraly 10 chips in my plate which is a disgrace considering how pricey it is.

The staff member, Ryanne who looked after us this evening was extremely kind and polite and made us very welcome. I asked her about the sauce and she showed me where it was kept but offered to fetch it for us which was extremely kind and thoughtful has she didn’t have to. Lovely experience and will most definitely be back!!

We didn’t eat anything.
On arrival we were told they had no chicken on the bone. We selected alternative chicken dishes. When ordered they said that they were out of mango and lime sauce and had no corn on the cob either. We therefor left the restaurant and dined at pizza express. Parking was good

Only visited this Nandos a few times but every time I am very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and it is a really nice restaurant. We were served yesterday by Charlie B who was really polite, and upbeat and helped us find our way around the menu and pointed out we could order our meals as a platter for better value. It was really nice to have such great service and a friendly smile. We will definitely be back again soon.

i have used many nandos ,and i use this one reguler becouse its the closest to me. you havr to wait over 15 mons each time before you even get seen to and most of the time the tables are filthy 3rd time today i had to wipe the table my self, few of the staff are very rude as if they dont want to be there. I have never had this problem in any of the other nandos even alot busier ones then this. every time i come here i end up getting very angry and vound up.

Felt welcomed by all, staff both front of house and behind the grills were welcoming and polite. Service was efficient and fast and all my needs and more were met. Lovely looking restaurant also, was asked where I would like to sit which was nice and not done in all nandos.

After a successful reviewer dinner at Paradise Forum Nando's on Friday, it was time for a new Nando's (unrated at the time but now Ryan has addressed that issue) which coincided with my 100th Nando's visited. It sure did feel special after a nostalgic visit to the University of Birmingham and Selly Oak with James and Olive.
