I’m quite disappointed and I had one of the worst dining experiences at Nando’s in Knox Shopping Mall. From the moment I asked a simple question about whether the drinks were refillable, I was met with shocking rudeness from the waitress, who flat-out responded, “I’m not going to talk to you.” I was absolutely stunned by such an unprofessional attitude in a customer service role.
To make matters worse, we ordered chicken and chips, and while the chicken arrived in a reasonable time, the chips took an unbelievable 30 minutes to come out. By then, I had completely forgotten we even ordered them! The lack of coordination in service was frustrating, and it felt like customers were just being neglected.
Overall, the level of disrespect and poor service was beyond belief. A restaurant that treats customers this way does not deserve the business of paying customers. I may never return to this Nando’s and would not recommend it to anyone expecting decent service.
