After having a few let downs from nandos either due to service or food, we came to watford quater where we were served by a young man we believe was called jamie. He was very polite, I made a an order of a chicken burger but wanted feta cheese inside, which a few places have already said they dont do but he made it happen, he was clean and extremely helpful!

This store just outside the Intu centre in Watford where I parked and is bright and colourful and the staff were friendly.

Good decor and colourful, but this was let down by the toilets being flooded from the urinals in a unhygenic way meaning pull up your trouser hem or your going to get a soaking.

It's only fair that seeing as I logged this branch as the high street, I have to log this one as the met quarter but they're both as bad as each other. The place was fairly packed but as I was alone I was able to get "lucky" table 13! Which proved unlucky because I didn't get a chilli for this meal and had to wait nearly half an hour for the food despite how small it was.

I had my usual, half chicken extra hot with salad and chips and bottomless drink. It took around 8 minutes to get served at the till as there was just one person on them, then around 20 minutes to get my meal once I ordered it. It arrived the chicken was dry and the chips were soggy. Not happy! The salad was nice though. May give that Nandos a miss from now on!

This Nando's is located on the High Street just a couple minutes walk from the other Nando's. It means it's just a few minutes walk from Watford High Street tube stop and railway station. There is ample parking around Watford as well, all well signposted - just head for the Kings, Queens, Palace or Church car parks and you'll be no more than a five minute walk from either Nando's. Watford has lots to offer to keen shoppers and Nando's fans alike as there are two Nando's just outside the Harlequin centre, this one being the newer, more modern version. I popped in for lunch with Ricky and we decided to go for an outside table on a fine spring afternoon. This didn't stop us from sampling the décor of this spiffing new Nando's! Greens and purples dominated the inside and the bottle lighting is particularly impressive.

This was my first visit to this branch, I expected it to be busy at 3pm on a Saturday, and it was, it was absolutely packed inside and we had a 10 minute wait for a table, even though the table we eventually got seated at seemed to be empty when we first arrived. It was easy to find, just a short walk up the road from Watford High Street tube station, though I nearly walked right by it!

The most baffling thing about this new Nando's is why it was needed just a five minute walk away from the 'High Street' branch (I won't bring up the fact that this branch is clearly on the High Street as well). It seems Watford is attempting to reinvent the lower High Street area into the 'Met Quarter' - an area of restaurants, which are presumably to be visited while out shopping, or before venturing up the road for a night out.
